Vermouth Spritz

A cocktail with an unmistakeable colour, well known all over the world as a symbol of the aperitif: Spritz. Loved by many because it is light, with a low alcohol content and a taste that can be personalised depending on the chosen bitterness. Ingredients

Ingredienti

• 2 parts (red) Vermouth Rosso
• 3 parts Prosecco
• 1 part Soda Seltz
• 1 slice of lemon
• A dash of grated pepper

The rec

Lavate un’arancia e preparate 2 mezze fettine.
Mettete il ghiaccio nei bicchieri, poi aggiungete vermouth e prosecco.
In ultimo aggiungete la soda.
Guarnite ogni Vermouth Spritz con mezza fetta d’arancia, aggiungete una cannuccia e servite subito.
