Result of the desire of two young entrepreneurs to rediscover ancient traditions.

In 1973 the Zaccagnini brothers founded their agricultural holding driven by a hobby that then became a real passion.

Mario Zaccagnini managed to transmit his passion to his daughter. The evolution of the company was favoured by particular climate conditions and ever more advanced technology that have allowed the improvement of the quality of their products and above all their vines.

The work carried out developed a collaboration and an association between him and Rosella Zaccagnini.

This association brought about the birth of the company A.RO.MA.E. and a Vermouth of the same name, a mix of spices and natural botanicals to evoke the flavours and aromas from history, creating a high quality product using local materials from Le Marche region.

after 16 years spent in the world of catering, mixing and night clubs instilled the Zaccagnini company with his skills and knowledge in the herbal field thus experimenting with high quality local herbs and spices combined with their red wine.

Superior quality red vermouth

With an intense red color with purple reflections, the result of a long aging in barriques and large barrels for 5 years, which guarantee the maximum organoleptic and olfactory expression.

The bouquet is strong, intense and balanced in all its facets. The scent of spices, morello cherry, hazelnuts, honey and vanilla on the nose are the attraction to the tasting. The high sapidity further enhances the flavor.
